First of go east from home to get to the dwarf who sells planks,
then the Work Bench is north of him.

Armchairs - [color=red]They give 15k EXP/REQ 2 Normal Planks
After you have made the Armchair you'll be Level 31.
Now make 4 Bookcases, and you'll be Level 53.
Bookcase - They give 22.2k EXP/REQ 4 Normal Planks
When you reach Level 53 make Beer Barrels until Level 65
Beer Barrels - They give 33k EXP/REQ 4 Oak Planks
To get to level 65 you need to make ESTIMATED 7 Beer Barrels.
Now you can make Dining tables!
Dining Tables - They give 53k EXP/REQ 1 Normal Plank + 4 Oak
Planks
You need to make ESTIMATED 28 Dining Tables. Now your at Level
80 you can make.... Dining Benches!
Dining Benches - They give 80k EXP/REQ 1 Normal Plank + 2 Teak
Planks
Now this is your stretch to 99 CONSTRUCTION!
You need to make ESTIMATED 138 Dining Benches to 99!
GRATZ You've got 99 CONSTRUCTION
