       Manual vote rewards.

       We have decided to give vote rewards manually to players that
       vote. The votes will be checked and everyone that tries to scam
       a vote gets jailed for 24 hours.
       The rewards are:
       Double spin ticket.
       10m Coins.
       Lets increase the vote count!
