       New custom dungeoneering areas.

       Well as some of you know i was thinking about adding areas for
       higher/lower level dungeoneering.
       Well i have, there is a portal to a level 80+ place, and then a
       portal to a level 110+ place, there is also the new way to get
       to kalger at the end of the the 110+ dungeoneering place, but
       you need 120 dungeoneering to access him as of now :)
