       Kain's speedmax challange.

       Challanging players to max new fresh account as fast as
       possible.
       Rules:
       No trading other players.
       Using xp lamps is not allowed.
       You need to use timer such as TimeLeft or other program.
       You can stop the timer when you arent playing on the account.
       The end time is when you claim your max cape after achieving
       total level of 2496 which means all skills 99 and 120
       dungeoneering.
