jumping jack- Cyrus

After successful shows like Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah and
Waah Waah Kya Baat Hai, Neela Telefilms brings their first ever
game show Sab Khelo Sab Jeeto (SKSJ) on SAB TV. The show has a
distinctive game format and encourages participation from
families across the country urging them to engage in fun-filled
games and spend some family time together.
Sab Khelo Sab Jeeto will be hosted by the man with a funny bone-
Cyrus Sahukar. Cyrus is known for his witty and spontaneous
anchoring and we are sure he will be the source of entertainment
and motivation.
Talking about SKSJ, Cyrus says, “After their successful shows
that are popular with the masses, this venture will also aim at
entertaining family audiences. The creative has an old school
charm, which attracted me the most. It will be great to see
different families playing interesting games every week. There
have been many game shows on TV; some were physically
stimulating while others were based on quick thinking or were
purely meant for an entertainment purpose. However, this show
will utilize all three aspects with a very unique concept. I am
certain that the viewers will enjoy it thoroughly.”
You will deal with various families so how are you going to
connect with them? "Well, I make sure to chat with the family
members before the show starts so that it becomes easy for me to
understand them. The families are coming from across India and
most of them haven’t even played games for more than15 years.
And the best part is that none of them are actors and haven’t
faced the camera in their entire life, so it’s fun to interact
and get candid moments out of them.”
After India’s Got Talent (IGT), you are back with hosting, so
any changes we will see in you as an anchor now? “IGT was a
different show with a very different format; it was a purely
talent based show. This project is not about me but about the
families and their team work. It will be fun to see them play
games and win some awesome prizes. And the best part is the
games are easy and not exhausting. Till now mostly all women and
kids are winning while men are struggling.”
Your favorite host? “My all time favourite actor and host is
Amitabh Bachchan. I just love the way he verbalizes and connects
with audiences. He is so calm and classy. A good host should
have a quality of easiness and not be a jumping jack.”
Lastly, tell us about your future projects? “I have shot for
Mira Nair’s short film Words With God and other is a movie
called Million Dollar Arm. I have also formed a production
company with producer Rhea Kapoor and Karan Boolani. The company
will make some crazy digital content.”
Sab Khelo Sab Jeeto promises complete entertainment for viewers
as well as families participating. The show started airing from
12 October at the 8 pm slot.
