I dont know what the law is in Nebraska but in Massachusetts you
only have to acquire 2k in Medical bills before you can file
suit. As long as you meet that 2k you can file. I definitely
think ultimately she would "win" because he pulled out in front
of her. Its his insurance company that would fight having to
pay her bills based only on that fact. We tell that to our
clients all the time. They call and say BUT THEY HIT ME! Its
the little things insurance companies do to avoid paying out on
anything that often lead to law suits.

That's some good information, K1. But it really is a moot
point. I wasn't hurt and I can't lie worth spit....so that is
not something I will be persuing. I just need my truck
fixed....legal even would work! His insurance is with a big
name company so it's not a fly by night deal. I just have to be
patient.

Cubette, when I was digging through pictures the other day I
flipped over a pile and the pics Steve printed of the
trailblazer were staring me in the face. Didn't expect to see
them...took them off my computer some time ago. My heart about
jumped into my mouth. I was all sorts of pretty colors back
then, wasn't I. The dang scar on my ribs still itches
sometimes. lol
