Strike is right but its a risk. I Bette's case Im almost
certain the guys insurance would put up a fight considering she
hit him. That would mean any atty she got would probably end up
filing suit. It might not be worth all the hassle!

Considering that the other driver was cited, the insurance
company could fight all it wanted but ultimately, the law
already came down on her side.

If they decide her injuries aren't sever enough they probably
won't take the case. Tiffany got rear ended and shoved into the
car in front of her by a guy who didn't noticed the traffic in
front of him stopped at a red light. Her 10 mos. old car was
totalled. He was charged, but since she wasn't injured...she
was sore the next couple of days, but fine after that...when she
called a lawyer to see if she needed to employ them they said
not if she wasn't going to have medical bills. The insurance
companies would take care of the auto stuff.
Even when I got whacked & sent to the hospital & a chiro for 9
mos. they have a set limit they will pay in a lawsuit.
Basically I didn't lose a limb & I could still walk so they
covered expenses & very little else.
