Oh, Barney will be gone before Opening Day next year. In fact,
he might be gone before August 1st, if there's any justice in
       the Universe.
Theo said they're not done trading.
Also, the Cubs have, by far, the best farm system in baseball.
       BY FAR.
2015 is the year we will FINALLY start seeing these prospects
       pay off.

Yeah, Andy & I were talking about Barney last night. He said
he'll be surprised if he's not gone by Aug. 1.

The Cubs might not win another game this season.

I trust everyone is voting for Anthony Rizzo as often as
       possible, as I am.
I'm positive I've voted at least 2000 times.

I've been voting, but not at Strike's pace. :D

Missed most of the game last night due to storm warnings over
the tv. Never saw 1 complete HALF inning! Why did Ricky get
       thrown out of the game?

He argued a cal (maybe safe or out at 1st)l & I think he
followed the umpire too far or something. I was fixing supper,
so didn't see it but that's kind of what I got from listening to
       Len & JD.
