       Reporting Raw skill

       Who are you reporting?: Raw skill/xin zao (he said xin zao is
       his main but he wasn't on that so idk for sure)
       Why are your reporting that person?: he had 50k ac, torva blade
       and more stuff he couldn't have (15 combat)
       How did he/she break the rule?: he admitted to using packet
       sender v5 for duping items (proof in screenshots)
