       A Max cape?

       I think that all Maxed players should be able to recieve a Max
       cape, this should have +30 in all stats to reward all there hard
       time skilling doing combat. But only players with all 99's
       should be able to wield it?
       What you guys think?

       For players on easy mode, I agree they should get a cape but NOT
       +30.
       The extreme max cape, (Death Cape) could possible use a stat
       boost. Due to the fact it takes half your life to get All 99's
       as an extreme.

       gotta agree with timothy on this one, +30 just too high, it's
       not that hard for a regular player to get all 99s, I got all 99s
       except pking and fishing on my regular in under a day
