       RG-DM Clan System
       Rules for Creating a Clan
       *Your clan must not be directly named on some other SA:MP
       server.(fIf you have any doubts on this forum PM me)
       *Your Clan Name must not contain any abusive phrases which
       disrespect the server or player.
       *Clans will only get Recognized if there is a topic posted on
       the forums.
       *Clans are not allowed to recruit on server if members of
       their clan do not play here or show less activity
       *Clans are not allowed to post any videos or Screen Shots
       which belong to some other SA-MP Server.
       *Clans must follow some procedure and a application system to
       recruit players.
       *Clan Leaders must not provide false information about their
       clan Levels, EXP and Status on their topic.
       *Clans are not Permitted to use a different name on the
       server and different name on forums.
       (Ex. Name of Clan Registered on forums ABCD.
       Name of Clan Registered on Server DCBA.)
       This will be unacceptable and clan will be removed from both the
       forums and the server.

       Players can create clans on the server using /cregister. Further
       Information about various commands and management system of
       clans is given on the server.
       (A separate topic will be created giving all relevant
       information once the beta stage for public is released.)
       Members are now Permitted to register their clans on the forums.
       By Registering your clan here you have recognized your clan on
       RG-DM
       What does Clan Recognition means: A clan created on the server
       will only be recognized and promoted to Sub-Official and
       Official Status in future if they have recognized their clan
       when it was created on the server. Otherwise No Requests for
       Official status will be accepted.[/b]
       When you register a clan on the server you are given Level 4
       Rank(in clan ranking System). You are then permitted to invite
       and assign new players their respective ranks on the server.
       Clan Policies
       Clans MUST have their Clan Roster and provide Information about
       their clan structure and functioning of their clan
       Once your clan has reached Level 5 (In-Game) it will then become
       eligible for becoming Sub-Official Clan at any time. It will
       then depend on a specialized Clan Voting System in which
       administrators and leaders will give their opinions and give the
       clan Eligibility for becoming Sub-Official.
       Clan Leaders must send Information about Player Statistics to
       either Clan Moderators or Leadership. After that Leadership will
       start a vote for higher admins which will decide whether the
       clan must be given the sub-official and official status.
       Server Leadership has full rights to remove any clan if we think
       it is unfit or not upto the benchmarks we have set for clans.
