What happened to Art Bell ?

Hello everyone.
Throw down your conspiracy theories, Actual News Reports or just
general thoughts on how you think Art passed.
Sources and verifiable material would be greatly appreciated.
:)
So, who wants the autopsy report ? ( I do. )
But, for now, we have to settle for this...

The last two paragraphs of this article are extremely misleading
if you don't know Art's history:

It's kind of crazy that Art is gone, I listened randomly to a
show from way back. Pretty weird.

Yeah, it's weird.
I found Art in 1989 on my first duty station. If I remember
correctly , it was either 680, or 740 AM. Not sure.
Any station that came in in the U.P was listenable, unless it
was 'Goat-ropin'" ****. ;)
Yeah '89 I was picking up Art in upper Michigan. So I guess I
was one of the lucky ones that heard the early years.
He was cordial, unless you tried to suck up to him then he just
ignored you - lol.
No - his program was unheard of when he started. A lot of sheet
that was cast to the fringe, he brought into the lime-light.
It's common fare now and a lot of shills and scammers figured
out they can make money from the subjects.
The market for paranormal is now saturated.
