Who wins? Lucius vs. Mira

Let's say that Lucius and Mira fought on open ground. Nor
tricks, no advantages, no last-second getaway shenanigans. (I'm
looking at you, Lucius!) Who wins? Explain in the comments. This
time, you can change your mind!
I am leaving this poll up for 3 days. Afterward, I will post the

Definitely Mira, just because she is awesome, and the only
reason she is awesome is because of how well her story was
written. To bad that the authour had to stop writing for a
while.

Sure, but whenever she attacks, Lucius can simply dodge, in
fact, they might get stuck in a stalemate, because Lucius is too
busy dodging to attack, and Mira simply isn't able to hit
Lucius!
