Powers/Abilities: Anne possesses a medium-sized brown and beige
staff with a ring of wind around a drop of water on top of it.
It is a magical item that allows one to use it as a conduit for
their magic. Anne doesn't possess the ability to use magic like
her brother, which annoys her. She only wanted the staff to use
it to hit people who annoy her. The staff can be used by anyone
else who can use magic, but Anne refuses to allow anyone to
touch it since it belonged to her mother. It belongs to her and
no one else, even if she can't use it herself.
Personality: Anne doesn't have any notable strengths that make
her stand out to anyone. She's mostly known for being an
obnoxious, spoiled brat who stirs up problems between others for
her own amusement. Her being a Beta doesn't even faze her
because she makes it known to others that even if she is a Beta,
she refuses to let anyone walk all over her. She's a bit of a
bully for someone her age who gets a kick out of the
frustrations of others for amusement. If she isn't doing that,
she will hit people who annoy her with a magic staff her mother
gave her that she can't use because she didn't inherit her
mother's Anodite abilities, as her older brother Fai did. Anne
is clearly jealous of others who have powers, as it makes her
feel inadequate in a sense. Her mother is a powerful being with
strong magic, and she didn't inherit it. This has caused Anne to
harbor great resentment towards Fai, and she acts out a lot
because of it. Even though she's young, she has been known to
scream profanity and insult others, which both her parents scold
her for. It doesn't matter if they're family or not, causing her
to be punished frequently. Though she is a brat, there is one
thing Anne enjoys doing, but it is mostly in private, and that
is taking pictures. A part of her finds some form of comfort in
doing it, for in her mind, still photos can sometimes tell a
story better than moving pictures.
She has all the pictures she takes pasted in a photo album she
keeps hidden, secretly in her room. While she has pictures of
her family, despite how she feels towards them, Anne believes
they don't understand how she feels. She hides her true feelings
behind anger and insults at the expense of others' feelings. So,
it goes without saying that she isn't afraid to speak her mind
to anyone. She hates that Fai tries to "parent" her sometimes
and always calls both him and Yui, Fai's twin, idiots.
Especially Yui, whom she frequently calls a perverted moron, and
he calls her "Annie" with disdain. The two of them clearly don't
get along for obvious reasons. With Fai, as stated previously,
she is only jealous, and she finds him annoying. As for
Kurogane, who was adopted by her parents, she argued with him
all the time. The two of them didn't get along. When Yui died
from the injuries he received after being attacked by a werewolf
hybrid, Anne felt indifferent. Even in death, she still called
him an idiot for getting involved with someone's mate. Her
father, getting tired of Anne's mentality, had made her start
working at the cafe her brother is the manager of. Anne hates
the idea of serving others and complains regularly. While the
reason behind it is to help her learn work ethic, the other
reason was also to teach her to treat others better. All Anne
thinks about every time she has to work alongside her brother is
dumping the food and drinks on the heads of every customer.
Occupation: Although Anne doesn't want to or have to, her father
believes she needs to learn some work ethic that would help her
learn how to treat people properly. So, during the school term
and breaks, she works part-time as a waitress at Melody Cafe
with her brother Fai.

she mentally doesn't acknowledge that he ever live in the family
home. His mother comes and goes, but she does come to the house
to spend time with everyone.

Appearance: Anne stands at the height of 5'1'' with long sandy
blonde hair like her father and aqua blue eyes. Anne can smile,
but most of her facial expressions are scowls and expressions of
anger toward others. Her attire usually consists of name-brand
clothes that are elegant and refined, as she refuses to wear
anything of lesser quality. This includes shorts, skirts, and
dresses with name-brand footwear, usually suede shoes for little
girls, sneakers, and sometimes boots. When attending Seinan
Academy, she wears the required girls' uniform. Anne I

History: Anne Flourite was born in Tokyo, Japan, as the youngest
child to parents, Goro Flourite (Male, Omega) and Marie Flourite
(Alpha, Female). She has older twin brothers, Yui (Male, Alpha)
and Fai (Male, Omega). Her parents later adopted an orphaned
teenager named Kurogane Kagoshima (Male, Alpha), whom Anne hated
and always butted heads with. Her brothers are fully aware of
the story of how their parents met, while Anne, although told,
was given a simple explanation of how her parents came together.
Her father was an ordinary human, while her mother was an alien
being known as an Anodite from the planet known as Anodyne.
Anodites are energy beings who can take on human forms as a
disguise, but it isn’t required for them to do so. Anodites have
longer life spans compared to humans if mana is available for
them to draw energy from it, which they use to increase their
power, enabling them to live longer, to the point of being
immortal.
To Anne, it was basically explained to her that her parents met
when her mother came to Earth and met her father. Meeting him
wasn’t intentional, as she was trying to escape being forced
into a mating ritual so they could use her as a source of power
for their planet. While she was no longer targeted, she decided
to stay and live on Earth with Goro because he was the first
human she met who wasn’t scared of her and believed her. It was
a simpler version of her parents’ love story. Anne was born when
her brothers were five years old. She was raised to be a
respectful child and grew up normally despite being from a
family where her Omega father was a politician for the
government. Anne merely saw that as an excuse to be a brat when
she was old enough to talk. She was frequently scolded by both
her parents, but she was more heavily disciplined by her mother
whenever she acted out of line. Usually, with a smack to the
head. Her father disciplined her by making her do chores she
hated doing, and he complained because they had servants who
could take care of those things.
Her parents were at their wits' end with her. They couldn’t
figure out why their daughter was such an angry child. When she
got a little older, her brothers and her mother noticed that she
was upset that she didn’t inherit her mother’s abilities as an
Anodite. Her mother gave her a medium-sized magic staff that
might help her draw out what energy she may have that she could
put into it, but nothing would happen. So, Anne often used it to
hit people over the head with it. Marie would take it away
temporarily whenever Anne misbehaved. Anne always used the magic
staff on her brothers. She and Yui always butted heads, as he
always addressed her as “Annie” with disdain in his voice. Fai
didn’t treat her the same way, but he did show his frustration
with her behavior. He’d comment that Anne needed an outlet for
her behavior, or that she needed to be checked out by a
professional. The idea of going to a doctor to be told she’s
crazy scared her, and she yelled at her family for it.
She hated watching how easy it was for Fai to use magic, and she
couldn’t at all. She didn’t understand why Yui wasn’t bothered
by it, but only she was. After a while, she just saw both of her
brothers as idiots. Strangely enough, she was never angry at her
mother, who was a full-fledged Anodite; it was just that she
couldn’t inherit her powers. It bothered her. Making her feel
weak. Her mother was a powerful alien being, and in Anne’s
brain, it made sense that she, as a girl, would inherit her
mother’s powers. She believed it shouldn’t have been Fai. But
there was nothing she could do about it. It was explained to her
more than once that it varied, and it wasn’t guaranteed whenever
Anodites mated with humans. Still didn’t make her less annoyed
about it. Just for that, she began to focus her energy and
attention on other things, such as liking to wear everything
named brand, even when she doesn’t deserve it. While Anne
doesn’t like taking pictures with her family, she found an old
camera her father owned and began to use it to take pictures of
others around her, her family included.
Anne willingly asked her father once if he could show her how to
use it, which surprised him, so he did. He told her that if she
had fun using it, he was willing to buy small things at a time
for her. This started with an empty photo album that he gave
her. At one time, Anne wouldn’t admit that she felt her father
was nice to her. She secretly uses it, placing the pictures she
takes into the book. Most of her earlier photos were blurry, but
became clearer over time as she kept at it. Her relationship
with her siblings remained one of indifference. She hated it
when Fai tried to parent her when their parents weren’t around
and would always call him and Yui idiots. She did hate
pretending to be a good little girl, so she would say things out
of turn, even if they were inappropriate at times and around
important people she shouldn’t. Thus, she wasn’t often taken to
see where her father worked, hardly ever for that reason. His
job as a politician kept him busy, so she was always at home
with her mother and brothers. Sometimes her mother would take
them on trips together, which Anne only cared about because she
wanted to buy nice toys and outfits. Not spending any real,
genuine time with her family. During one family trip with her
brothers and their mother, they met this orphaned teenage boy
named Kurogane Kagoshima.
It was a trip to the beach in Okinawa, and that was where
Kurogane was spotted alone. Anne saw how Fai immediately flocked
toward him, making her annoyed that he was interacting with
someone she saw as a stray with no family. Her mother scolded
her for saying that, but also scolded Kurogane whenever she saw
him picking on Fai. Anne only gave Kurogane an angry glare the
entire time they stayed in Okinawa, to which he got annoyed with
her and asked why she was staring at him, and the two of them
started bickering. Kurogane called her a brat, which made her
kick him in the leg, and she ran away in glee with him chasing
after her in annoyance and anger. Probably the first time she
was entertained, even if she was technically misbehaving. She
partly had fun that day but would never openly admit it. She
also secretly took pictures to print out later and add to her
photo album. Overall, she was ready to return home and get away
from Kurogane. That is, until her mother suggested to Kurogane
that she allow him and her husband to adopt him. Anne was
horrified at that idea, to say the least. She immediately said
no. She didn’t want that. There were already two idiots that
lived at home; she didn’t want a third one.
This made Kurogane call her a brat again, but she stuck her
tongue out at him. Marie scolded her and told her the decision
was final. They would be adopting Kurogane into their family. He
was against it originally because he thought Marie was nuts and
Fai was annoying, but he came around to the idea, and it was
made official by Goro and Marie that they would adopt him. Anne
hated this idea. It’s not like he did anything to her
personally, but she didn’t want another boy in the house. She
would’ve been happier if she’d adopted a girl, not some angry
boy who has no shame in calling her an annoying brat. These two
argued constantly, almost every day. Taking pictures became more
of a secret for her. Why? Well, in her mind, with the pictures
she took, she could make up a different story to them that she
felt was less annoying than what actually happened. However, she
also began using her “hobby” against her classmates at Seinan
Academy, where she attends school. She knew that none of them
could argue back, and as long as she didn’t put her hands on any
of them, Anne believed she could say whatever she wanted to
them. She finds amusement in blackmailing them, mostly to just
get their stuff or food, because she thinks they don’t deserve
to have nice things.
It was fun for her, and some of her classmates feared her
because her father was a politician. Others stood up to her, but
she argued with them just as she would with her brothers and
Kurogane when they annoyed her. Anne hoped she would present as
an Omega, for she believed it would really make her a
high-status catch when she got older. However, genetic testing
was done on her when she turned ten years old, and the results
showed she would present as a Beta when she became of age. That
was not what Anne wanted to hear. It wasn’t just being a
high-status catch as the reason she hoped to present as an
Omega, but she also believed that if she presented as one, it
meant she would finally start showing signs of inheriting
Anodite abilities. She already hated how Fai held himself back
despite being powerful, and it didn’t take much for him to learn
magic at all. It annoyed her more to watch him train with
Kurogane all the time. Something he never did with her, no
matter how many times she’d asked him to. Even her mother told
her no as well. Anne isolated herself in anger at the discovery
of presenting as a Beta in the future. It gave her something
else to be angry about, and she took that out on her classmates
as well. Many of them were not even aware of her future
secondary gender status, or didn’t care about the secondary
genders of others at all, which annoyed her more.
Then tragedy struck her family long after that. Her brother Yui
had gotten himself killed by a werewolf hybrid because he messed
with someone who was already mated. That was when things in her
family started to definitely change. Anne was indifferent to her
brother’s death. Even saying that his actions were what got him
into the situation he was put in. He should’ve known better. He
was working for the government alongside their father. Fai was
at one point, but quit to start managing and owning a café in
the city. Kurogane joined the military. Positions Anne didn’t
understand, but she was aware they gave her family recognition
in some way. Her mother wasn’t the same. At least not for a
while. She wanted to use her powers to heal Yui so he wouldn’t
die, but her father stated that he didn’t like the idea of using
powers to tempt/mess with the fate of death. So, he preferred to
wait to see if he would get better and wake up from his
injuries. But he didn’t. That was when Marie decided she needed
space, and to do that, she stated she would return to Anodyne
for a while but promised to keep in touch with her family. How
Anne felt about this was thinking how stupid it all was, that
because of Yui’s death, her mother was leaving. It wasn’t
forever, but it was clear she was angry with her father because,
in her mind, he let their son die when he didn’t have to.
Anne expressed her sadness in silence. She may not have seen eye
to eye with her mother, but that didn’t mean she wanted her to
leave. But then she got the idea and asked her mother if she
could go to Anodyne with her. She wanted to be more in touch
with her Anodite roots, even if she would never develop the
powers of one. However, her mother said no. She needed to stay
on Earth with her father. They needed time apart to heal in
their grief of losing Yui. Anne ran to her room and cried. The
house was quiet without her mother, Yui, and Kurogane around.
Yeah, Kurogane had left the house long before Yui had died. That
only left her, Fai, and their father. Her father remained strict
with her like he always had, and had come up with the idea that
Anne could not only learn some work ethic but also how to
properly talk to people. Anne was confused about what her father
was suggesting, and that’s when he dropped the bomb that she
would be helping her brother out at the Melody Café as a
part-time worker, given small tasks to do. Anne was NOT happy
about that and yelled that she wasn’t going to do it. But Goro
said that it wasn’t up for discussion. Her behavior needed to be
reigned in, and if she didn’t do it, she wouldn’t be given
anything that she wanted. She’d only be given things that were
bare necessities and nothing more.
If she wanted something, she had to learn what it feels like to
work and earn money for what she wanted. He would no longer
tolerate her behavior. Despite being only eleven years old now,
she works part-time at her brother’s café. Kurogane also helps
when Fai begs him to help, which Anne hates with a passion. As
for her mother, she kept her word and visited her family to
spend time with them all. Sometimes spending time with Goro to
reconnect and heal together, as they were still mourning Yui’s
death. Anne found her brother annoying, but she never wished
death on him. It sucked, but messing with the mate of a werewolf
hybrid was not a smart move at all. Anne talks with her mother
but tries not to ask questions about her home planet since she
refused to take her there when she pleaded with her to do so.
Being a child, Anne clearly has no understanding of the world or
people. But her father is hoping to properly instill that into
her in hopes she’ll grow up to be a better person. Things are
still the same at school for her, but she’s not bullying her
classmates in rapid succession like before. No, she’ll hit the
ones who annoy her with the magic staff her mother gave her. It
gives her some form of amusement.
