Big problem for me because coinbase or faucetpay need KYC for
verification and I have not a smartphone.
If anyone here can help me I realy appriciate it.
I have $833 on Payeer and I want it to my Paypal.
Please someone help me.

You can try transferring a small amount to Litecoin, then
transfer the Litecoin to Cwallet, transfer it to PayPalUSD
there, and then transfer it to PayPal.

I have many times look on bestchange and read many reviews but
it is still hard for me to find one to trust.
Second time when I look on google faucetpay need I kyc and it
was yes even so for coinbase.
I do not in crypto because it gives me lots of stress and I do
not understand it. The only way I was to try it was to coinbase
because that way I can send it to paypal and then never use it
again but that is not possible because of the KYC.
The only way that I understand and is easy for me is that I
transfer my money from payeer to another person and that that
person send what he/she recieved in payeer from his or her
paypal to my paypal.
