       tf2 trade server's - getting rid of death sentrys

       1" ok Ive done a lot of reading of post and can see that the
       death sentry's are giving players to much of a headache i wont
       be removing them from all the servers but i can change the
       amount of servers running this plugin...... ;D
       2" the new servers I will add in a health pack on death just
       because there are not any health cabinets on the map to help
       player heal them selves, and i will also remove the -100% uber
       ready on spawn, for medic's as there will be no need for this
       also
       3"open to members to decide"
       NOTE: i will be add !RTD to all server when i get the chance

       **UPDATE**
       ok SERVER 25 has now just been updated with the health mod 26,
       27, 28 will be done in an hour or so and the format of the
       server will be four of each .eg

       This would make the Huo Long Heatmaker so OP! Since the only
       negative thing is the ammo problem on that weapon, plus the
       crits, TOTAL DOMINATION.

       Consider this objection #1. Also, I vote for anything else that
       isn't infinite ammo. As soon as someone posts another list, I'll
       decide.
