no, he dose not mean the demoman, he means the big floating eye,
it is not part of the server, it was beign spawned by the admins
online, as was the haunted huntsman, which was missing the .nav
file, so it didn't move, just stood there to be killed!

Lol, I was on that server. It was fun despite the fact that when
a huge floating eye was shooting rockets out of it the snipers
aimed at me :P

It's called MONOCULUS! and it is Demoman's missing eye.
And why stop spawning him? Lots of people have got that
achievement by killing it on the server.

I got the haunted headhunter acheivment by spawning it and
killing it by myself outside lol, got the acheivment and the
haunted metal! also got the all class eye hat from the
monocolous!
