Meh, if you dont know anything about it then dont you allready

It probably is default. I have heard of Steam Guard before
though. I think it is that thing I'm talking about!

Im pretty sure that it is only default if you made your steam
account recently(after it was implimented)

I just remembered I had made my account before the Festive
Crates came out last year. So that's probably around when they
did it!

Yeah steam guard is an awesome feature to help protect your
account:

BUT you still have to take some responsibility for safe guarding
your own shiz. Don't use the same password for everything. Do
use strong passwords. Uppercase, lowercase, numbers and symbols.
Don't be so quick to type your password in to random sites.
Yeah, yeah, it's common sense but it turns out that common sense
ain't that common!
BTW I have heard reports of phishing sites not only asking for
your steam account username/password, but also asking for your
email address/password.
If you give up those details then they have everything they need
to get past steam guard.
