i don't think batch files will be of much help in creating a
server,
nor html(thats "HyperText Mark-up Language for those who don't
know),
it's more for websites then servers :P

yearh but you dont need to know nay programming i dont think, as
i said before, all it is is plugins and a little bit of a
notepad file to make everything work together.

Well, it's up to stan if he wants one, i would reccomend one,
alot of people love zf servers.

yea, its one of those servers that if you find a good one, you
add it to favourites then eventually sign up to forums if you
like it enough!

No we currently only have MVM and Trade servers on TF2 sorry!
