It's a bit of both, from what I understand. It's a virtual
wallet, similar to Paypal, except you have to download a program
first. You trade real life money with the website to get
Bitcoins, but you can also earn them by surveys or links, or
something.
But I don't think you can buy games with them. At least, not
Steam games.
(Stop me if I'm wrong, anyone).

its not spelt tm, its a custom thing. if you have stan*, sam62,
