       Achievement - Frags to Riches

       Has anybody else got the Frags to Riches achievement?
       > Frags to Riches
       > Earn all credit bonuses in an advanced difficulty mission.
       I played last night and we got all the credits on Coaltown
       advanced (even [emt]StealthPig was there to witness, see
       screenies) and I never got the achievement. I played from the
       very start to the very end of the mission.
       I see reports of other ppl not getting it either, claims of it
       being glitched:

       I'm wondering if also the crits and extra $$$ drops could be
       affecting the granting of the achievement. Has anyone got the
       achievement on the empty-clip servers?

       meh, i'd just agree with the fact that it's glitched, i've
       finished it many times with A+, even on a server hosted by valve
       or whoever dose that.
