Could all that fat actually just be muscle? It would explain his

Heavy and Demo are the only two classes wearing visible body
armor, that's probably one of the reasons for his high
durability.

Actually, he does wear a vest of some sort. I would just assume
it's a bullet-proof vest.

lol its cloathing, not armour, you can shoot him through it with
no problem!

No, it's armour. But instead of absorbing damage, it adds to
their maximum health.

That is wrong, it isnt armour ffs lol! when you remove it, dose
heavy's hp go down? no! i have a tshirt thign for heavy and
nothign happens!

The tf2 wiki also says that the demo and heavy wear body armour.
