change your lifestyle” and if you

at it, every thing we do in life is

Your lifestyle is the way you think

things. For example, if
you are a workaholic, you are
likely going to
rush out of the house without a
proper
healthy breakfast, this is going to
lead a
high demand of energy in your
body and before
you know it, your body will
demand for energy
which is in most cases Sugar, and
you’ll
probably eat anything on offer at
the
restaurant without time to think
about how
healthy the food is to your
system.
So you see, it is a cycle.

diet alone will not help you. In
order to achieve

you must change
your lifestyle and of course, your
diet lifestyle.

your whole approach
