       Please respect your fellow emets - we are all at different
       stages of severity with this phobia - so what may seem silly to
       you will be something someone else is finding really hard to
       deal with.
       Bullying and harassment of other members will not be tolerated.
       Please try to limit swearing, it's not banned but there may be
       younger members and others who don't like it so out of respect
       try and keep it to a minimum and avoid extremely explicit words.
       The same goes for discussions of a sexual nature, if you need to
       discuss something very explicit then it may be worth posting
       that you wish to do so and asking if someone could PM you to do
       so privately - if you aren't sure then PM me.
