       Spell Description: By casting this spell Apollyon cast's a wave
       of pure frost magic at an ally and or enemy which takes
       different effect when an ally is struck with a frozen blast they
       are able to have the cold aura cast over their body and or
       weapon to add extra damage or toughness to their body, When cast
       on an enemy is spreads a cold aura tat invades through the pours
       to freeze the body and muscles leaving the target alive but
       parallelized.

       Spell Description: Creates a barrier of pure ice that surrounds
       the area to block in coming attacks and shield ally's or trap
       enemy the spell originates from Apollyon

       you cant just spam this attack by taking out strands of hair)
