Darwin would walk in to the blacksmith shop and head straight
for the counter, due to his small stature his head could barely
make it above the counter. He had a pale green complexion and
what looked to be branches sticking out of his dark brown hair
with bright emerald eyes, clearly this was no ordinary child,
not a human one atleast. He grins at the man at the counters
before speaking.
Hoi! umm Can i have Bow "This big" recurde erm recurvie ehh..
Recurve bow! Yes, and letyrr armor set, and belt.
Darwin was still learning the tongue humans commonly spoke so he
sometimes had to stop and think mid sentence about what he
wanted to convey, usually followed by hand gestures to make it
easier to understand. He took out a piece of paper from his
pocket which had some amateurish drawings of what he wanted to
have made, it looked like a child drew some pictures horribly.

Darwin would listen to the shopkeep as he list what each item
would cost while nodding along, he was not as fluent at speaking
the language but he understood it better when reading it or
listening to it. He notices the cost of the belt he wanted was
more expensive then the suit of armor and bow put together, he
found it very odd as he had seen vendor stalls selling belts for
the cost of a full days meal, some more some less.
Why belty cost so more? store sellys cheap, less silver.
He stares at the smith waiting for an explanation as to why it
was so overpriced. In the past in his first few months of
leaving the forest Darwin got scammed and ripped off alot,
working for an unfair wage and being taken advantage off by
being sold faulty items or way overpriced, but he eventually
learned by watching other humans and seeing what they generally
payed for x type of item as well as reading some books on the
subject in the academy. He din't understand why the smith was
charging him so much more for a belt then a suit of armor meant
to protect him and a weapon to defend himself.

"Weapons and armor are store staple items. However, belts are
imported to meet supply and demand. If you got a problem with
the price go to a store that specializes in that kind of thing
and not a metal smithy."

Darwin thinks on what the smith had said about the belt and in
the end he decides against buying the belt.
Hoi! i take Mudy and Woody.
He reaches in to his coin purse and takes out a single gold coin
to pay.

Mile saunters into the weapon-filled shop, pausing every other
step to look at one shiny bauble or another. After a few minutes
of browsing, she finally makes her way over to the counter,
peering over it to lock her gaze onto the shop owner. Flashing a
toothy grin that masks her slight nervousness, she greets him.
"H-Howdy Mr. Blacksmith. Um, do you think you could make a sword
for me?"
She pauses for a moment, a red tint crossing her face as she
realizes that she had forgotten to introduce herself.
"Ah, excuse me. My name is Mile. I'm 11 years old and I'm a
hunter-in-training from Elsend Academy."

"A sword? for you size, I recommend a short-sword or a dagger."
The blacksmith was sitting on a chair working on his grindstone
sharpening a battleaxe.

"Oh, a short sword sounds good! Right now, all I have is this
bokken from the academy gym."
Mile fidgets with the sword already attached to her belt. It was
more of a stick than a sword, used for practice. Reaching into
her pocket with her unoccupied hand, she fishes out two silver
coins. She places both of them on the counter, pushing them
closer to the far edge.
"What kind of sword can I get for this?"
It was all she had, so she was hoping that she could at least
get one sword, if not two.
