Currently only makes Tier 1 items.
Repairs for items costs 1/10th of the original price.
Reforging an item costs 1/4th of the original price.

The blacksmith grumbles at the request. He rolls his eyes.
"Pay up front."
He goes to the back room causing a short little lady to walk to
the front desk. She had to be only twelve years of age. He
extends her hand towards the stranger.
"That's 12 Silvers, sir."
Her warm smile seems to be able to melt any heart of stone as
she waits for your payment. The sounds of banging can be heard
in the distance before the sound of water cooling a warm object.
A few moments later the large man would reappear and present the
requested item.
