TEAM in Snipers

Well, now you can see the differents teams easily:
Team 1: Penguin, Khalemes, Nickelodeon, Realentless.
Team 2: IaM, Aidanaidan, deadoralive1,
(Kyle/Nightsniper/theneam/Sniperr/yota).
Team 3: Hidden, Adjustified, Markune, Whoever is online
(BecauseofU/Gendal/Fenix).
Team 4: Rapedman, Latiino, Zoolander, Sniper_Pro

Heck yeah! My goal is to have 10-12 pro 3xS members online at
once so that we can run inhouse scrimages (practice wars). I
think that we'll be at that point soon, perhaps after the
holiday season is over!

Sounds like a wicked idea, we could also set up 'inter-clan
teams' and have rival wars within the clan in a tournament style
which should help everyone (maybe the newgen more than old) to
actually interpret the game and think ahead due to wanting to
win.. Let me know what you all think :)

This is already in progress. Soon enough 3xS will be big enough
to have a few war teams online at once, but the more I think
about it the more I think it would be cool to have like 4 teams
of 4. If the same group of 4 people faced 3 other groups of 4, I
would think it would really bond their chemistry while helping
them understand the importance of a team at the same time. We'll
see though, since there are a few things I would want to point
out to the groups and I'm not sure how I could teach people
about war tactics without being on every team.

Cool.. I think the easiest way would to be to get the 4 best
people and you tell them how you wanna run the clan wars..
EXAMPLE - Aidan, Raped, Iam, Tom leaders.. Tom explains his
tactics to aidan, raped and iam, then they have their own team
of 4 that they have to train using the tactics Tom has set
TEAM - Tom, Me, Theneam, Darksniper - Tom leads and perfects the
tactic
TEAM - Aidan, Nickel, Sniper Random - Aidan leads and perfects
the tactic
TEAM - Raped, Random, Random, Random - ^Same again
TEAM - Iam, Random, Random, Random - ^same again
If that makes sense :D

Its a great idea, but to make that in teams i think Tom has to
teach me first how to teach ! ^^
Cause i am a sucky teacher :(

I've put some thought into who I would like the teams to be. Let
me know what you think.
Team 1: Me, Khalemes, Nickelodeon, Realentless.

Obviously we can mix and match these people, but I believe as of
now those listed are the best players as well as the most
active. If I am forgetting anyone let me know. I will do my best
to explain how wars work to the leaders when I can.
