This is something we did in NationStates and worked well
Basically an "In Game" University where the various aspects of
the game can be thought by the more knowledgeable members of the
forum.
Eg A Course on the mechanics of war
A course on Economy
Politics
(one I would like to see) The Duties of Country President
etc.
etc.
It can have a Q&A thread
Also it could be expanded to RL subjects as you would be
surprised on the skills nerds like ourselves hold.

Excellent idea. I've been balling the thought around in my mind
for a bit, to be honest, never really gotten anywhere with it.
I'll see if I can arrange something for it, though I am very
busy with a bunch of things as of now so it might take a while.
