dangerous....
Add some body armour, padding, breaks every 5 seconds and
American Football is born!

American football is OK. I watch occasionally. Baseball is our
national pastime. But in the world of today everything needs
to be fast, fast, fast. Drives me crazy. I can't stand
basketball.
In all sport the fact that it is business now and not sport
pisses me off. Money has wrecked sport like it wrecks
everything.

Gaelic Football is the best :)
They play like professionals, train the same amount but receive
no pay for their commitments. They have to work a full time job
also. They are the people who have a true love for their sport
unlike the others who demand money and go wherever money takes
them.

Only amateur sport in the world that gets bigger crowds than the
pros. How many other amateur associations have several high
capacity stadiums to their name.
