       Forum favicon

       Add one so people who bookmark this site can distinguish it from
       other national forums they keep on their browser.
       I tend to cut out websites that don't have favicon's, other
       might as well.
       Also Avatars should be implemented, perhaps forum badges and
       stuff too.

       Just bookmark it and change the name of the bookmark to eIreland
       forum, problem sorted.
