Just got this...and I was about to tag up ~ EgC since I am now a
clan member when THIS happened.... Well, he told me to "get
some skills noob hacker"...I attended two CPL's with Riot Squad
and was rs.squiggy wigginz for both of them. Best we got was 7th
in the world. I understand how CS is a team sport, and to those
who have not been playing for 13 years it could seem that a
better player is infact a cheater, but I infact CAN spot
cheaters and in my personal opinion feel that admins like this
one should not exist or be given ban rights, much less PERMANENT
ban rights. Just a suggestion. Alot of children are "ban-happy".
I used to run the Cincinnati Road Runner servers back from
2000-2005 and only permanently EVER banned 1 person. Some would
get week bans, 24 hour bans or even month long bans, but
permanent bans are tough to justify with so many great players.
I'm 41, been playing cs since October of 1999 and am damned good
and proud of it. I've never cheated in any way shape or form.

Read everything...I think he was just angry I kept killing him

Not to be mean, but this admins steam id is so long that I don't
think he would know a hacker from a good player anyway. Doesn't
seem like he's been playing very long with a 10 digit steam id.
My main steam id is actually considerably lower than my pub
steam id which is 6 digits. I however have all my "games" on my
higher 6 digit account...to me this is just ban happy kids.

Well he won't have "proof" that I'm cheating because I don't
cheat. I however would be more than happy, ANYTIME, to record of
demo of me going 40-7 on any map which is about my average. I'm
41. I have a mortgage, a fiance, a dog and a cat and a life. I
fly radio controlled helicopters, play guitar and more. Check

I also have several websites in the works like
www.helipalooza.com and www.linkofawesome.com which should be
cool, but it takes alot of time. I am in sales here in
Cincinnati Ohio and play cs about 10 hours a week if I can even
find the time between real life duties, guitar, the fiance, and
RC helicopters.
Do you have a spot on the site that I can upload demo's so that
you can post them? Or possibly someone can turn a demo of mine
into an .AVI video? Would make a great movie/promotion for EgC.
I'm not half as good as I was back in the day when I played for
real. But I'm also way less paranoid now (joke!) and can finally
enjoy counter-strike without feeling like you let your team down
if you lose a round. My name is also "pwn" on ESEA for anyone
who might ever ESEA.

I would advice that all admins are to record a demo when banning
hackers, it doesn't have to be a 10 minutes long demo. It could
just be a 1 to 5 minutes of demo, so that when someone post a
ban appeal, you could have a solid evidence to prove your case.

didn't record a demo, just let this case pass. I'm not trying to
put anyone in a bad position, but if you do not have a demo I
don't think you would be able to prove anything when someone
post a ban appeal.

Just so you know Sense of Touch, someone else's demo won't prove
anything about someone else cheating. It has to be FROM THE
PERSON ACCUSED.
You should have all admins request the person accused to start
recording a demo once they are accused then send it in to a
centralized location (here if possible). All admins should know
and bind the text for the link so they can say "Please <accused
name> begin recording a 5 minute demo now" then have another
bind that states, "After you are finished, log out then upload
the demo to:
HTML http://website.name.com/areaitgoesin/etc"
Just a suggestion. A third party demo does not show hacks, it
only shows the person recording it's perspective.

just so you know, I was there I felt a little surprised when he
banned you and didnt say nothing, because, I knew youd report
this.
admins may make mistakes, but in my opinion in order to do their
job properly they must be 100 % positive that one is hacking,
this is the reason why I always watch people play before and not
just randomly ban who has killed me hs through wall.

To Address Several issues:
Actually we can prove a player is wall hacking based on a demo
of spectating a player. We have several tools available with the
server mod, Which make it very,very easy to see who's legit and
who's not.
And What you said about the demo having to come from the player
himself.....Why wouldn't the person hacking just turn off the
hacks, and record the demo????
and 3 We both know whats, what........I watched your ridiculous
shit in Dust_2 when I perma banned you. You where obviously
running wall hacks, (which I could see plain as day) but go
ahead deny, deny,deny. Then today on Assault When I go to
spectate you and record your ass, (after going 4-1 your first
round) you obviously toggled your hacks off. Its not hard to
tell when someone who is supposed to be Mr.
Professional-Get-Paid-to-play-CS-CPL-ALL-STAR is looking away
from where enemy's probably are, not typing anything, not
talking, not buying, just looking away to toggel your shit off,
because, Guess why? I went to spectate him....Simply amazing and
you go on to kill no one.........hmmmmmmmmmmm I
WONDER...........O YEAH and make sure to not say anything to
me......Just go Spectator because you know your going to get
fucking owned if you cant turn them on. Do you think I'm stupid
or are YOU? I don't quite understand why you would go spectator
instead of showing off those ubber-1337 skills to me and the
rest of the server....Proving your not a hacker........But guess
