       allow for nominations

       Map nominations should be in place. instead of this current
       percentage vote system.
       how it works now blocks out ur weapon switch etc... really
       interferes with game play.
       map rotation can be sort of stale.
       allow for players to nominate and vote in last 2minutes(?) of
       game.
       Be awesome to get a less constricted list every map.
       Opens up options and keeps people coming.
       plus once i get my admin i am going to clean up these good for
       nothing hackers!!! tonight i hope!!!
