       Its most likely related to the amount of chat in the server.
       Your anti-virus software might be scanning the SA-MP chat log
       every time causing you to lag.
       Add an exception for My Documents > GTA San Andreas User Files >
       SAMP > chatlog.txt in your anti-virus software or disable it
       when playing SA-MP.
