People smart because as a future teacher I want to understand
the personality of my students and as Jorda said to us
communication to other people is very important in industry.

Interpersonal Intelligence because dealing with people is
life-long process. also, having a good interpersonal relation is
an important aspect of being human. No man is an island :D
