SCHOOL TAXES ARE OUT OF CONTROL!
   DIR By: Michael Caswell

       ---------------------------------------------------------
In 2016 my school taxes were $7336
In 2021 my school taxes are $9021
That is an increase of approximately 23% in just six years. So
projecting that out another six years, that will be an increase
       to 12782.60
So, in 12 short years, my school taxes have gone up $5446.60 or
       $453 EACH YEAR!
       It's totally out of control.

       In the US News
  HTML https://www.usnews.com/education/best-high-schools/new-york/districts/fairport-central-school-district/fairport-senior-high-school-13673
Overview of Fairport Senior High School
Fairport Senior High School is ranked 119th within New York.
Students have the opportunity to take Advanced Placement®
coursework and exams. The AP® participation rate at Fairport
Senior High School is 55%. The total minority enrollment is 13%,
and 20% of students are economically disadvantaged. Fairport
Senior High School is the only high school in the Fairport
       Central School District.
Is it hardly surprising they are 'disadvantaged' when the
village and school taxes are so out of control!
