       Smith & Moehle make the news!

       Everyone must be overwhelmed by these two dudes! The only two
       left from the original instigators of the court injunction that
       put this project on hold for four years. Are you overwhelmed
       that there was only about 50 people in attendance today?
       And our intrepid STCC co-founders posing happily too.
       But they are still moaning!  It seems Mr Ciaran Hanna has deemed
       not to get Perinton involved in their nonsense.
       Well, Mr. Hanna gets my vote next time he's up, as long as he
       doesn't increase my property taxes.

       Maybe the "real" truth here is that the Town of Perinton &
       Village of Fairport actually have EVERYTHING to GAIN, by not
       standing in the way of a Canal Corporation Public Safety effort
       aimed at repairing & maintaining unsafe earthen canal
       embankments.
       And the people with the "most to lose" are actually pictured in
       those photos on this Facebook Group's page
       What do they have to lose you ask?
       Why, it could be the respect of the people that live in those
       communities, who now see this group for what it is, a bigger
       danger than unsafe embankments.
       Or maybe they will lose even more credibility in their
       communities, for not recognizing and admitting they might have
       been wrong about public safety
