       Another Canal Operator Manual Spells it out!

       You'll see that yet another government department is saying the
       same thing. No trees on a dam!

       Maybe every "new" canal should come with this Canal Owners
       Manual, and current Owners of existing canals could benefit
       greatly by reading and adopting some of the methodology used
       here.
       But note how special "our" canal is, there is no section on
       Locks & Boats in this manual, it's geared more towards
       irrigation canals
