       The Oxbow gets new volunteers and a safety check

       As several of our volunteers are minors, we are paying special
       attention to safety with this news letter sent out to all
       parents.
       A large group will be working to remove more junk, logs and
       brush from the area over the next few weeks.  Already most of
       the ragweed has been brush-hogged in preparation for mowing the
       underlying grass.
