       Wow, great video.
       Very sure many states will be looking at Michigan and what
       happened there with this monumental dam breach & flood
       Some will be studying what went wrong and why an earthen dam,
       with an unsatisfactory safety rating, was allowed to go so long
       without being repaired
       Others will look at this with open eyes about what might happen
       if their states don't attend to their older water retention
       structures called dams.
       And everyone should be looking at the dam breach in Midland as a
       wake up call that old unsafe dams are a catastrophe waiting to
       happen.
       Those who think it can't happen here... Along the Erie Canal,
       well that's EXACTLY what the residents of Midland Michigan said
       as they saw their lives wash away in a moment.
