       EERP Barrier Planting for April 1, 2020 has been DELAYED due to
       Covid-19

       The ECNA got a call today from Mr. Schwartz of CHA Associates,
       the company that is planning the privacy barrier screening for
       the original Embankment Restoration Project. He explained that
       the barrier work, slated to start in April 2020 has now been
       pushed back due to issues with Covid-19 work restrictions.
       There is no set date when they plan to start work, it is fluid
       as the virus continues to change plans almost daily now.
       We will post the start date when we receive it, hang in there
       Western Section Canal Neighbors..privacy is on it's way soon..
