Perinton Town Supervisor messes up!

At a packed meeting on Tuesday 11th, our town supervisor
addressed his audience with an attempt to justify the incredible
tax hike The Town has just imposed on the residents of Perinton
and the Village of Fairport.
I am not a fan of these public meetings, so showed up a few
minutes after the proceedings started. I likely only missed the
usually 10 minutes where the speakers thank everyone for being
alive, or just being.
"Super' was well into his explanation of why the Village of
Webster was a comparison to Perinton, but I, like a lot of other
blank faced people, obviously missed the reasoning for this.
The screen was so blurry, no one could read it, and the laser
'pointer' so small I only glimpsed it once, briefly. I should
have brought my cat, she is much better at locating red laser
dots than I.

My wife and I stood there and listened to this droning for about
15 minutes.
I have to report that it was, without a doubt, the most boring
speech I have heard in a long time.
He has completely missed the point, and so have the staff under
his control. He spent all his time trying to justify the HUGE
tax hike his buffoons have come up with.
It didn't go down well. People were chuckling at his stupidity,
and others were shaking their heads against the hikes. I didn't
stay for the inevitable barrage of abuse he was going to
receive.
We got the message loud and clear! New York is the worst state,
and Perinton is the worst town, for taxes.
It's a pity our Super and his gang haven't got it. But they
will, when they get thrown out of office.
We need our taxes reduced, not grossly inflated. Even Governor
Cuomo says so. He passed a law to reduce taxes, not blow them
out of proportion.
