       This article posted shows one view following the Lyons Village
       Government Reorganization, and from the point of view of someone
       in the Town who had to work through new issues as a result of
       the Village Dissolution. Most who look at this topic of
       excessive NY State Government and how to reduce it, say the same
       thing... the TOWN should be required to weigh-in on any plans to
       dissolve a village. They can help guide the teams seeking to
       reduce taxpayer burden by sharing what the Town can help out
       with.
       Take a look at Lyons - One Year Later... they were doing quite
       well then and have gotten better since
