       Folks, it doesn't take a Rocket Scientist (or even an STCC
       "citizen-scientist) to understand what this is next to the NYS
       Erie-Barge Canal in Brockport

       It IS a newly rehabilitated earthen embankment dam... a 100 year
       old water impounding structure that has a new lease on life.

       I can't wait to see it when that grass seed has sprouted. With
       all this rain and sunshine, that should be any day!
