Final Words on Donald J. Trump...

I made a promise, early on when we started the ECNA, that I
would NOT let "politics" become an over-riding theme of this
Forum, or our main Erie Canal Neighbors Association website...
and that promise was kept, for the most part. So today marks my
last statements about Mr Trump, who is ultimately doomed to
become America's Worst President ever...
This is Aristotle, a man known for his wisdom.

because they have to say something,"
MEANING OF THE QUOTE:
This quote means that intelligent people think carefully before
they speak. Wise men do not talk just to fill silence or get
attention. They speak only when their words have value, truth,
or purpose. They understand that silence can be better than
saying something meaningless or harmful. On the other hand,
fools feel a need to talk all the time. They speak without
thinking, often saying things that are unnecessary, incorrect,
or hurtful.
This is the FOOL that Aristotle tried to warn us about...

He's a pathological liar, has said more hurtful things than can
be counted, and appears to speak only to hear his own voice, but
rarely listens to his own words, or those of wiser men like
Aristotle.

Sadly 4 out of 10 people in the United States of America still
believe "Following a FOOL" is OK...
How fitting that today's "Quote of the Day" at Economic Times is
this one from Mark Twain:
“It is better to keep your mouth closed and let people think you
are a fool than to open it and remove all doubt.”

FYI: Writing this post in response to a conversation with my
brother in 2021, when I stated prophetically that Trump still
had room to move to the BOTTOM of the list of "Good Presidents",
he was 4 from the bottom at that point... I believe it was on
January 6, a day that Mr Trump now celebrates with his
"insurrectionist buddies"& others wjo were guilt of sedition.
