       NYPA releases New York Canals Strategy Video

       This video was released in the Spring, but under the New York
       Power Authority ( NYPA) website so maybe not as much press
       locally.
       In a nutshell, NYPA is committed to making the waterway, trails,
       and infrastructure (including earthen embankments) SAFE &
       SUSTAINABLE into the 21st Century, and third century of use.
