       Erie Canal BEAVER spotted in Fairport today!

       At approximately 6.45am today, a large beaver was spotted
       swimming along the bigger island shore (canal side) at The Oxbow
       in Fairport. He was headed towards Fairport village.
       I think he was sent by the NYPA to carry out some badly needed
       dam repairs.
