considered for membership. Send the completed application to
eastlantisageplayforum@gmail.com. We look forward to your
application! Leave all questions completely intact unless stated
otherwise. (You may remove explanations, but not the questions
themselves.) If you do not have an answer for something, simply
write N/A. If you already have an account on the site, you may
skip the Confidential Information.

Disclaimer: Behaving in a manner that calls for an adult with a
certain kind of authority (ie in school or legally) or being
directly disrespectful to a particular adult will be taken as
consent for the appropriate authority to handle the behavior in
the case that there is no other option (such as there not being
a male police officer).

Consequences:
Consequences will be decided based on the individual needs of
the child. We will achieve this as well as consistency by using
a “point system” to determine the severity of the infraction.
Depending on the number of points a child has earned, it will
result in either a minor, creative, or major consequence.
Spanking is allowed and if earned it will be carried out by one
of the House Parents in private (not witnessed by other
children). This is why we need insight on the way each inner
percieves each punishment and spanking implement. Please read
carefully and complete the discipline section of the profile
with this in mind.
