       The co-dependent model requires two.  This video discusses being
       single but exhibiting the same traits.

       I have never felt like the term co-dependent fit me.  I don't
       exhibit most of the traits.  One of the reasons is because half
       of those traits require a relationship (the dependent).  This
       video discusses being a caretaker of others even when single.  I
       don't fit that either.
       The other parts of the video do fit me since the core point is
       lack of emotions and how important it is to give and receive
       them.
