       World class authors you sat next to in English lessons.

       I hung with this guy during "double English" lessons. He now
       moves in higher circles. Even Chi Rup and Josephine Cummings
       have not rubbed shoulders with people as cool as Dan has.

       Though I have obviously known many authors, I can't recall
       sitting next to any at school, though Bruce Dickinson was in my
       adjoining house and his autobiography was a best seller.
